Thanks for the information and for your time last week. We appreciated the opportunity to meet Peter and to get an update on recent developments with Zinc Air. We'll review the proposal in more depth, but after some internal discussions following our meeting there is some sense that it may be best to revisit a potential partnership in a few months. As Eric mentioned in our meeting, we've been most successful in helping clients who already have a sales track record that we can point to and build on.

We are also in the process of separating Zinc Air Fuel Cell in to a separate Delaware Corp. We are in discussions with Pepsi and other regarding sponsoring.

I have attached our advisory agreement., customer deck and Investment PPT. If this will work to get started, I would like to schedule a time to discuss plans in the next 2 weeks. I would propose that you select a highly technical customer and come visit us in MT. This will allow you and the customer to validate technology. I sincerely appreciate your consideration and fully recognize we would need to grow options in parallel with progress.
