Mike,

An initial proposal has been submitted based on what we discussed. The CEO
of the international division is in Madrid and will be returning to the
office the beginning of the week, at which time he will get a copy of the
proposal to review in full, including the financial proposal. We had a
conference call yesterday while he was in Madrid to go over the general
service scope. The idea of being able to get access to the Haiti
reconstruction funds is especially interesting since they have operations
there currently.
