Stephen,

Hope you're doing well and I look forward to seeing you next Monday. I know
that HNTB wants to discuss a broad range of issues in the meeting, but one
in particular focuses on pro bono services they offer to assist clients in
overcoming financial and planning roadblocks. I think you and Al will find
the service compelling and I look forward to discussing them in more depth
on Monday.
