We need to follow up one way or another. I think Devon's suggestion that we ask them for a parallel plan on fundraising from Taft Hartley's before moving forward is a good one. That said, with Mike and Chuck and Richardson in the picture do we need Chafe?

Now, I think there is an argument that we need Chafe more for the retrofitting piece than the fundraising. Mike and Chuck made the point that if Gov. Richardson, the former Secretary of Energy, is calling Union President's we need to have an answer to the question of retrofitting the portfolio and creating union jobs.

Even if the answer (and this may be the answer) is that we need to spend 95% of our time right now locking in those first investors and can't concentrate on the retrofitting piece for a little while, we should communicate that to Chafe.
