CP Parents – I have double confirmed today that our Monday practices will be at 5:30 to 7:00 on Field 1 (the first field on right when you enter the campus). First practice will be 3/14.

I have been contacted about scrimmaging a team from Bowie and am exploring days and times that might work for them and will report back to you what alternatives we have. Unfortunately, Friday 3/11 is the only evening we can get a field at Holy Cross prior to start of our season. Please let me know if Friday, 3/11 between 5-7 is possible. In the meantime, we will keep looking for alternative field days.

Everyone is expected to have our white CP jersey, our blue CP skort and the pink/white CP reversible pinney. I will be placing an order for new uniforms before Wed. next week. So if you need/want anything please let me know before then. Please give me size, quantity, jersey number, etc. I will get back to you on costs once the complete order is ready. I know some girls are hot on ordering jackets, sweats, etc. I am happy to get pricing from our vendor, but someone else will need to run this venture!

This team is a democracy, and so if any of you have ideas, thoughts or requests, please email them to me. Jim L. just mentioned to me that the Georgetown Women play Northwestern Women this Saturday, March 5th at 1:00 at Georgetown. These are two top 5 teams and will be a great game to watch. Jim and May hope to go, and so if anyone is going send an email around so the girls can watch together.

IMPORTANT DATES:
We will hold our first practice on 3/14, and then every Monday thereafter up to Memorial Day. We may also have sporadic other practices and I will give you as much notice as possible.
The MGLL Play Day is Sunday, 3/27.
We are confirmed for the Saturday, 4/9 Bullis Spring Lax Festival which will be a strong tournament.
We are waiting for more info. on the Holy Child MS Play Day on Saturday, 5/7.
June 4 and 5 is the date for Lax Splash in Baltimore. We intend to register for this tournament.
