Thought it would be helpful to send around an email with notes from our meeting last week and next steps/follow up items. Forgive me if I mis-stated anything or left anything out. 1) Setting up meetings with Alcoa and Chevron. Hunter has already reached out to Daniel Cruise at Alcoa to see if he is available the first week of April. Michael is reaching out to Bob Denham to figure out the best person to meet with in Chevron's leadership and we'll look to schedule that meeting later in April after the Alcoa meeting. 2) Vide Team is going to work on further finalizing the presentation with the idea of tailoring the presentations slightly to potential interest areas for Alcoa and Chevron. 3) To better facilitate the information needed for the presentations, we are going to put together information on Alcoa and Chevron's global operations/locations and some potential key issues they are tracking. I am working on that for Alcoa and Michael is going to do the same for Chevron. We'll have that put together for early next week. 4) We determined a potential list of offerings to be included in the presentation. The Vide team will work on coming up with pricing for these items (not necessarily to be included in the presentation but to have available in case it comes up during the meetings). These offerings could include (language/descriptions, of course, needs refining): a) A "Presidential Daily Brief" type report that would go to the CEO and other C-level executives on a weekly basis. b) A look a up to three hot issues a corporation is facing. c) A Deep-dive on all countries a corporation is operating in. d) Provide weekly information to a corporation (in the form of a heat map or some other TBD format) so that firm personnel, who would be trained in how to do so, could interpret/analyze the information/data themselves. e) An ongoing "Middle East" analysis f) The ability to use this information to develop and create a PR, lobbying and Govt Relations campaign for a corporation. 5) Continued refining of the Australia example so that it can serve as a base example as to how this information can be used by traders. We will potentially look at scheduling time with Chris' friend, DJ, (perhaps the same day in NY as Alcoa) to get some friendly input from someone who would use this info and find out what he would like to see in a product like this. 6) Hunter, Michael and I are also having informal talks with additional potential corporate clients in the coming weeks, including HP and others. I think that summarizes the high points of the meeting. Again, feel free to add anything I left out or correct any inaccuracies particularly as it relates to the potential offerings. Best, Eric Eric D.
