Just FYI between you and me, I have heard Sanchez can be a little of a doofus - but don't want to be discouraging in any way to Missy early on. Key question is whether he is mean or just a doofus - don't know. Also, whether the job is for COS to be tied at the hip with Sanchez and travel, etc. or to be the point of contact for the rest of ITA when Sanchez is out. If the latter then it would be a good job for Missy and she'd work closely with Michele which would be great. Eric D.
