Hello Hunter,


This is a friendly reminder that the February monthly payment is past due
for the big landscaping project. We will be invoicing you for both February
and March now, so it will be best to handle monthly payments on a per month
basis. I have received one payment (January) so far as I did not require
that you pay me a deposit.


Leslie and Scott have asked me to send you a maintenance contract for the
year to make sure the garden stays healthy and well maintained. I am
enclosing the maintenance contract for your review. Leslie and Scott have
specified that I take care of your garden organically. They also asked me to
give you as good price as I possibly could, so I am doing quite alot of work
and keeping my costs down. Let me know your thoughts.
