Yesterday I received an email from Kevin Lynch who mentioned he has already spoke with Joe Stecher in MS's Real Estate Group in advance of your meeting today.

I also received an email from Dan Pedrotty who mentioned he has shown your material to their consultant for review. I have emailed Dan to find out the name of their consultant . Dan siad he would contact me when he hears back.
