Dear USGLC Board,

A new problem is brewing – we want to share our latest intel and we could use your input on our multi-tier strategy to the Administration, Capitol Hill and the media to make sure we have this right.

We know it’s short notice, but if you can – please join the Co-Chairs for a call on Wednesday, April 11 at 4:30 p.m. EST to discuss reports of a planned Administration FY18 Rescissions package that could include cuts to the International Affairs Budget. Our concerns are political, as much as legislative. More tomorrow.
