In case you missed it in the Post. It took me three months to figure this out. Why do you think noone in DC will tell the truth about this and just pull the plug..
We can't get health care for all americans, but nobody blinks at spending 100 billion in Afghanistan building roads that are already crumbling.. Btw the number is not $23 billion, its over $70 billion just at USAID alone..
