Dave,

Thanks for the information and for your time last week. We appreciated the
opportunity to meet Peter and to get an update on recent developments with
Zinc Air. We'll review the proposal in more depth, but after some internal
discussions following our meeting there is some sense that it may be best to
revisit a potential partnership in a few months. As Eric mentioned in our
meeting, we've been most successful in helping clients who already have a
sales track record that we can point to and build on.
