One reason I thought it'd be good to do this with Rob this afternoon is he'll be with David all weekend at the Bay. Muldoon has done some research on some of the Shriver NGOs as well and I got the sense the Rob had some thoughts as a result of his trip. Next step after this meeting would be for Muldoon and Rob to put something on paper. But, yes, definitely don't think you/we are being presented with a fully formed plan. Eric D.
