So, talked to Keith to get intel on COS job without telling why I was asking. Sanchez is nice guy although not very smart and U/S office lacks management. About five people in U/S office that work directly for Sanchez. COS doesn't travel supposed to manage office but doesn't. If COS were sufficiently empowered could be a great job. Need someone who is able to call the WH on things as well. Also, Satish is one of the people in the U/S office but no one knows what he does. Maybe Missy can take the job and fire him.
