Sorry for being out of touch and not getting back to you re the retrofitting opportunity. The leadership at Rosemont Realty has been pre-occupoied finalizing the docs for the Fund and consumed with the initial fundraising push. That said, there is still an interest in retrofitting and Hunter and I just need to get Mike Mahoney, the COO, to focus. As we have always discussed, there is a definite interest, it is just going to take some initial push from us.

Things may have quieted down slightly on the fundraising side, so we'll circle back with Mike and see if there is a time to re-engage and get you guys on the phone with the right people there.
