Thanks So much for hosting- both Kyra and Sadie will not be able to make it- Kyra at an admitted students event for college and Sadie has a rugby tournament with early start Sunday am.

Would be happy to bake for the sale though. and can bring their items to school Wednesday morning.

Subject: Lax Team Sleepover Tomorrow NIght & Bake-A-Thon

Hello Laxers and Parents,

Hannah would like to invite all the girls over for a sleepover tomorrow night, Saturday 4/21 @ 6 pm, and a bake-a-thon, Sunday morning 10 am - 1pm to prepare for our 2nd Lax Team Bake Sale, this Wednesday. Please feel free to just come for either the sleepover or the baking session or if neither works to help out by baking Tuesday night and bringing your goody goods to school Wednesday morning. The last bake sale was so successful because we were able to produce and sell around 35 dozen “sets” of goods (i.e., one large brownie, large rice krispies treat or 2 small cookies). Let’s shoot for the same goal.The US and MS Sunday newsletters will advertise Wednesday’s bake sale and bake sale signs will be posted in both the Upper and Middle Schools.

Given the great success of our last bake-a-thon at Elena’s, we would like to duplicate the same process…

Here’s what the girls are asked to bring:
1) prepared batter of their choosing
2) containers to hold finished product (such as a large tupperware, or similar, to keep the items fresh for a couple of days)
3) baking sheets.

Please bring pillows and sleeping bags. We will have dinner and breakfast for the girls!
