I wanted the opportunity to bring you and Hunter up to speed on progress at
Zinc Air. If possible we would like to meet Tues 3-1 afternoon any time
from 1-6pm. I would like to discuss a proposed agreement, our investment
offering and customer presentation. This should give you the full picture
of where we are. As a follow up I would like to propose a flight to Montana
to meet our team and introduce you to our technology and progress.


I have attached an updated 1 page Exec summary and short deck on what we are
offering on investment side.


I want to share with you the latest here at Zinc Air. We are making great
progress on the development of the battery! In addition, we have more than a
dozen customers of whom we consider early adopters and are currently vetting
to determine who we would prefer as our 1st customer. We are anticipating
sales deposits totaling a minimum of $1.5M in 2011 with growth to exceed
$20M in 2012!


As you may know, we have completed our initial Series A round of funding
resulting in a stock price increase from $1.06 to $2.48 per share! We are
now offering an additional fund raising opportunity of $2M.
