I just finished speaking with Russel Martin. With the big pop in commodity
prices over the past few weeks, RANK has sold 1/3 of their farms. They are
looking to sell the remainder of the farms, but want to sell domestically.
So...no interest in Wahaha at the moment.

I think Wahaha thinks Ranks not serious about selling. Arlene, can you
confirm with Rank that they do want to sell? And I can in turn confirm
with Wahaha they're interested in selling and set up a meeting.

My translation - yes, they do but they don't think Rank wants to sell.
They are asking if Rank has talked to anyone else about their interest in
selling (maybe they want exclusivity?). But, and maybe Arlene can
answer, I am not sure Rank wants to sell the farm either. I think they
want to sell their "dairy" products to Wahaha but I am not sure they want
to sell the farm itself. This is why I think Rank has said to us they
haven't made progress with Wahaha. That said, everyone has a price.
Again, Arlene has had all the conversations with them but that is my read
of Wahaha's email.

Also, Gabriel is teed up and ready to talk re Argentina and Wahaha.
