Hello Hunter & Randy,

FYI, attached is an updated version of an internal document (for use by
the Executive Committee) that sets forth board terms and proposed
committee appointments. Bonnie and I worked closely to develop this
document/recommended appointments (with considerable efforts/time
dedicated by Bonnie). I think this provides clarity/resolves all
questions concerning board terms and identifies suggested committee
appointments for all board members.


Hunter - when we meet today, it would be helpful to discuss the proposed
committee appointments.

Randy - I will follow-up with you to get your input on the proposed
committee assignments.
