I wanted to follow-up on Mike’s email about the upcoming meeting of the boards and TruCon16 to ask you each to sponsor this event. I have had the privilege of attending this conference for many years, and I can tell you that it is an incredible gathering like no other. The caliber of speakers and panels, coupled with the power of the membership coming together to collaborate and share ideas is like no other event I have seen.
TruCon16 is also a showcase for donors and prospects alike and can be a point of entry event for potential partners to see the power of the Truman community. Dear Members of the Truman Center and Truman Project Boards,

I am thrilled to bring you updates on our upcoming meeting in June as well as TruCon16, both of which will be here before we know it.

Our next meeting of the boards will be held on Thursday, June 23rd from 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm, with a dinner generously hosted by John Driscoll immediately following from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm. I hope you will all plan to join us for the TruCon16 reception and opening event that evening, as well as the public program on Friday. I’ve attached a draft agenda, and I will be sure to keep you posted as we confirm more speakers for the event.

I have also attached the information you saw at our last board meeting related to sponsorship opportunities for TruCon16. It is my hope that each and every one of you will sponsor at one of these levels to support this important event. Our goal is to achieve a pledge of financial support from 100% of the boards, as it would be an incredible statement to have your names listed on the TruCon16 sponsorship materials and signage.
