To: Hunter Biden <hbiden@rosemontseneca.com>

Dear Hunter,

On behalf of Nikolay, I have the pleasure to invite you and your loved ones
to Nikolay's 50th birthday celebration. As you know, Nikolay's birthday is
on June 15.

The party will take place on the 19th of June starting at around 4 or 5 pm.

The location is the Castello Orsini-Odescalchi, which is a castle in
Bracciano, in the Province of Rome, Lazio. It's 50 km from Rome or
approx an hour drive.

We've booked you and the rest of the guests at the Grand Hotel Terme
di Stigliano from June 18th till 20.

The address is Via Bagni di Stigliano, 2, 00060 Canale Monterano RM,
Italy. It is located 10 minutes from the castle .

You could arrive on June 18 or 19, depending on what works
best for you.

Otherwise, I am happy to discuss at your convenience.

Best,

Vady
