Just a quick reminder for all those parents interested in volunteering to
help make the 2012 senior celebration an event to remember.


We are meeting tonight, *Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 6:30-8:30pm in the
upper school dining room.* The meeting will give you the opportunity to
sign up for either a leading role or an assistant role in the coordination
of several task.* Volunteers needed include logo design, assistance with
video production, coordination of fun events, setup/break down of the
space(s) used, invitation design/coordination, preparation of program for
event, coordination with a junior parent(s), so they are prepared for next
year; and the list continues! *****

Please join us to learn more about this exciting event and to share some
of your creative ideas. ****
