co-founder of the Cornelia Connelly Center in NYC, NativityMiguel Network Board
Member, and dear friend to many passed away peacefully on Monday, January 30th at
home, surrounded by her family. Connie was a woman of passion, dedication, faith,
and love and she devoted her life to serving others. Striving tirelessly to make
a difference in any and every way she could, Connie constantly inspired those around
her to be better - better teachers, better friends, better daughters, better students,
better neighbors, better people.

Our lives and our work are forever changed by this loss. However, we take comfort
in knowing that we are equally and as permanently changed for having known her.
To know Connie was a joy, to work with her was a privilege, to call her a friend
was an honor.

The Cornelia Connelly Center will hold a memorial service in New York at Most Holy
Redeemer Church on Saturday, February 18th at 10am. Let us continue the work that
Connie so passionately committed to for many years.

For the fourth consecutive year the Network is happy to have received the Willam
J. and Dorothy K. O'Neill grant. This grant, which is then divided up among member
schools, provides families with the basic necessities of nourishing food and clothing
(uniforms, etc.) to the neediest Network students, fulfilling the W. O'Neill Foundation's
mission "to bring food, clothing, and basic care through projects that help the
poor to help themselves."

Regional President Breakfast Meetings

As we continue to further the regional model for our Network gatherings, this spring
we will also be coordinating regional breakfast meetings for Presidents. These meetings
will run from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. and we will be in touch with you for your suggested
agenda items very soon.

New York Region: Monday, April 2nd, Cornelia Connelly Center, New York, NY

To wrap up our Collegial Visit process this spring to the South & West regions,
school presidents, principals, development directors, and graduate support directors
in this region are invited to a two day gathering May 4th-5th at Nativity Prep San

Good News out of DeLaSalle Middle School, St. Louis, MO!

who has developed a program that works with eighth grade students and graduates
