Dear Jim and Hunter,

I hope you both had a great thanksgiving!

In an effort to keep things moving along, I have put together a list of all the additional items we have agreed on for the penthouse. For the items that still haven’t been agreed on, such as the console for the sunroom or the wall art for the bedroom, we have given you a credit towards these items, up to the amount shown, which we can use towards the items you decide on.

Items that we will need to remove after your lease expires, I have put on a separate list, as an additional charge, as we will need to remove these items once you move out of the penthouse. These items include the additional doors, the sunroom wall-to-wall carpet, etc. Please let know which of these items you would like me to move forward with. If there are any additional items you would like purchased, I am more than happy to get you a price.

Let me know if this list is satisfactory and we can add it to the lease contract for you to sign and I can begin placing the order for the furniture immediately.
