Devon- Don't know if you read through the draft PPM for RSTP. One thing popped out at me - the Board of Advisors. I know it is typical for a Board of Advisors to have some tie-breaking or other role as it relates to funds, but the language here seemed to me to give them more power than we may want. Especially, because we don't know what the procedure for putting together the Board of Advisors would be. Again, know it is typical, but we should discuss with John next week before we finalize the PPM to make sure we understand what the vision here is. Otherwise, made some edits to the PPM and it seemed straightforward, but I defer to you if there is anything else out of the ordinary. Hope you are staying warm. Best, Eric Eric D.
