Eric - looks good. The only substantive changes I made were in the signature block. One of the signatories needs to be Rosemont because we are seeking to terminate the agreement between Rosemont and Burnham. I also added Joan in her personal capacity because if she signed her employment agreement, she needs to be a signatory to the termination. I am on my cell phone tomorrow.
