Palace Investment Company, LLC Announces Oklahoma Acquisition

Palace Investment Company, LLC and its investment partners have acquired a 187 unit
Manufactured Housing Community just south of Oklahoma City, OK. This transaction
was completed late in Q4 of 2011. Palace is going to expand the community to satisfy
the strong demand for local housing. Several capital improvments are planned to
enhance the community including the modernization of key common area facilities
and the construction of a new clubhouse. Digital integration of all management
components of the community is also being undertaken.
