Thanks everyone for attending the meeting this afternoon.

Here is a quick summary of what was discussed/decided:

1. Everyone should send to my attention:
- 3 things you think sponsors would want as a sponsor benefit
- List of potential sponsors and at what level (let's assume $1K - $3K
- $5K levels)

2. Additional activities:
- Cigar rolling - Ron to get information to pass along to Rob
- Gaming - tabled until next week
- Silent auction - Ron passed contact information to Josh who will
take the lead on item selection
- Massages - Ron will research
- Shaving - tabled until next week
- Putting green - Ron to research availability and pricing

3. Ron will revise the invitation and distribute it to the committee in
order for everyone to send it out. ZERO staff will work on the
registration site, hopefully incorporating photos of the Diamond Club.
Plan is to have this operational on Monday, February 6th.

4. In the meantime, I got clarification of how MN does their betting board.
It is NOT done ahead of time. They do it when people arrive. 100
squares, $50/square. The prizes are restaurant certificates which their
committee gets donated. Their event is the championship, so they only have
one game. Since we have multiple games, we need to revise this strategy.

5. Locker room use - undecided, tabled until next meeting

I would like to suggest we meet again next Thursday, February 9th. *Please
let me know if that date works and what time.*
