EMAIL DETAILS

Hey gang. I look forward to working with you on your arrangements for
election night. The following information is applicable to you and your
children. I will send a separate email out with information to the list of
family and friends that was provided to me by your parents. I will forward
that email along to you for your situational awareness.


AF2 will depart from Delaware on Election Day (Tuesday, November 6), stop
on the way for an event at a place to be determined, and arrive in Chicago
late in the afternoon. At this point we anticipate that AF2 will return to
Delaware on Wednesday morning.

We are assuming you will travel on AF2. Please confirm your travel on AF2
with Michele or let her know by Friday, October 19 if you prefer to travel
on a commercial flight. Michele will make any commercial travel
arrangement through the campaign, which will pay for that travel.

You will stay at the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park Hotel. Further
details about the schedule in Chicago will follow as they are determined.
