I think I found a sublettor for the Sunshine Sachs space in record time. It is a Kimball referral - a woman named Erica Payne who has a non-profit advocacy group called "The Agenda Project." $3000 ($50 more than SS was paying) a month for a year with a 60 day out clause. She came by today and seems nice and wants the space - assuming you are OK with it I think we should do it. She's in essence a fundraiser out of Kimball's mold. Website is below.
