if your company will match your team registration!
Has your Team from last year formed again?
If so, join them today! Go to www.runforhydro.com to register. On the
main screen will be an option to Register Runners and Walkers. As you
go through the registration process, you will be asked to select your team from
a drop-down.
If your team is not listed,
contact the team captain from last year, start a new team, or just come out as
an individual and have a great day! Please note the new registration fee
below!
Awards and PrizesAwards
and Prizes will be awarded to the top two male and female finishers in the
following age groups: 19 & under, 20-30, 30-46, 46-60 and 60 & over.
There will also be random prizes during the post race ceremony—you must be
present to win random prizes. The post-race awards ceremony will kick off at
10am. ChronoTrack Timing and Scoring
Transponder timing operated by Pacers will be used to score the 5K
race. The system uses a computer tag that must be tied to each runner’s
shoelaces and records the exact time a runner crosses the starting line and the
finish line, resulting in a net time for each runner. The D-tag is disposable.
Overall awards will be based on upon clock time and age groups and team awards
will be based upon transponder times.
Kids Fun Run Kids
Fun Run and
lots of games and kids’ activities, including  a poster party and hula hoop
contest. All children 12 and under will receive a medal during our awards
ceremony.
Festive AtmosphereOnce
again we will have a band entertaining us through the morning, a DJ to lead us
through some pre-WALK stretching, and morning food and beverages.
