Hi everyone, busy week everyone, especially John & Will with coast-to-coast travel.

Wanted to forward our updated “RSTP II, L.P. Top Prospect List”, tying in Neil’s tracking list for direct co-investment. We can continue to update this list as you receive back executed NDAs and forward on the Deal Memo & Partnership Closing Documents. Please let me know if there is any info that needs updating/correcting. Typically our LP’s need at least a month for their internal and external counsel to respond with comments on Closing Docs. We hope to help them move easily through their process.
