Reps. Charles Boustany (R-La.) and Jeff Landry (R-La.) will head into a December runoff in the House race in Louisiana’s 3rd Congressional District, The Associated Press reports. With 99 percent of the precincts reporting, Boustany had 44.5 percent of the vote, while Landry had 30.2 percent.
