Hi there,
Fran needs to talk to you about an Amtrak issue.

The Richard Family (son Martin died in the Boston Marathon bombing last
year) are trying to get to DC on Monday for the Easter Egg Roll but can't
fly because of the mom's recent ear surgery (because of the blast)...but
the Acela they need to take is sold out... Fran was wondering if you had
someone that could help out this situation.
