As we have discussed before, there is no longer a need to keep any of the BG equities in existence. Assuming no one disagrees, Sara and I can work with Rick Rowland to complete the final K-1s and then shut down the BG entities. We'll also coordinate with Marc LoPresti to make sure there isn't anything we are missing.
