Great, thanks for letting me know. They are calling all our references and
also doing a call with Ramji and Eric tomorrow around a direct investment
in Counsyl. They did a site visit last week. They would need to make a
sizable commitment to our fund in order to get access to the direct deal
which is the process they are dual tracking now for final approval next
Monday.

I attach our deck and PPM just in case you would like to have more
background on our fund and team and so you guys can prepare to come into a
subsequent closing as well!:)
