Greetings from Mozambique.

It was good to touch base with you on Friday. As I mentioned, we now have
serious interest from an investor we've worked with in the past who
specializes in supporting boutique managers like us. To get them over the
line, we need to demonstrate that we can go to market with 1-2 anchor LPs
in our pocket. If we can do that, they can likely go the distance on a
$100M+ fund given their significant fundraising capacity and relationships.

We'd love your help approaching a few family offices with this opportunity.
I've drafted the attached talking points for you to use with Chris and any
others you're comfortable talking to. We're back from Mozambique on the
15th and can follow up as necessary. I'd also love to circle back with
Devon at some point.
