Central Bank Online Reporting System:

Systems Administrator
Following feedback from lawyers and industry locally the general consensus is that an Officer of a Fund or a Company Secretary is best placed to act as the System Administrator for the Central Bank' new Online Reporting System ("ONR System").

We are pleased to inform you that Carne is now offering an ONR System Administrator Service.

This service comprise of:

Acting as named ONR System Administrator
Co-ordinating delegates responsible for filing each return (Investment Manager, Administrator, Custodian / Trustee, Auditor, Lawyer etc.)
Arranging for access to the ONR system for each delegate
Timely reminders to delegates of filing deadlines and monitoring filings made

It should be noted that the System Administrator will be only one element of the ONR System and the Fund will need to develop procedures to ensure that accurate and timely reporting is submitted to the Central Bank across the various areas required. The quality and timeliness of reporting will be one of the key factors looked at by the Central Bank in reviewing Funds. Carne can also provide assistance and services in this regard.

Please note that a response to the Central Bank to identify the system administrator is required by 17th December 2012.
