As note of clarification, please see the timeline below regarding P.E. signups for rising 7th, 8th, and 9th graders:</span></p>

<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">On Monday, May 5<sup><span style="font-size: 13px;">th</span></sup>, the P.E. department will
inform all current 6<sup><span style="font-size: 13px;">th</span></sup> and 7<sup><span style="font-size: 13px;">th</span></sup> graders to bring their
laptops to P.E. for the next day. </span></p>

<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">On Tuesday, May 6<sup><span style="font-size: 13px;">th</span></sup>, all current 6<sup><span style="font-size: 13px;">th</span></sup>
and 7<sup><span style="font-size: 13px;">th</span></sup> grader will sign up for next year’s P.E. selections online,
during P.E. <span style="font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt;">The student portal will open on Tuesday afternoon just in time for P.E. class. </span>Since 7/8<span style="color: #1f497d;"> </span>team capacities are
unlimited during signups, all students will have the opportunity to sign up for
the selection of their choice for each of the fall, winter, and spring seasons
of next year. Please note that tryouts may be held at the start of each
season based on signups and student interest. </span></p>

<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">On Tuesday, May 6<sup><span style="font-size: 13px;">th</span></sup>, all current 8<sup><span style="font-size: 13px;">th</span></sup>
graders will also gather for an information session given by the P.E.
department to review the instructions on how to sign up online through their
student portal <strong>starting Monday, May 12<sup><span style="font-size: 13px;">th</span></sup> at 5:30pm </strong>through the end of the day on Wednesday, May 14<sup><span style="font-size: 13px;">th</span></sup>
for their 9<sup><span style="font-size: 13px;">th</span></sup> grade, upper school P.E./Athletics selections.
All upper school P.E./Athletics signups are on a first come first serve
basis. P.E. signups are directed online for the student’s convenience.
