I enjoyed our chat yesterday. It sounds very much like our strategies are complementary and that we may be able to be sources of interesting deal flow for each other particularly with the capital raise efforts; perhaps more. Under separate cover I will send you four deals that we are working on, all portfolio investments of Gentry Venture Partners, all that we are also raising money for. As you suggested, we would be happy to meet with Devon in New York next week, dial you in and present these opportunities and discuss whether you would be interested direct investors or if these might appeal to your network of LPs. Please let me know if you have familiarity with the following companies and I will send information accordingly:

2. Bloom Energy;

3. Propel;

4. Solexel

Solexel and Bloom are a bit more time sensitive.
