EMAIL DETAILS

I am not sure I'll be available then. I'm in Riyadh for witness interviews and I think later would make it more likely that I'd be available.

Hunter-If they can do it slightly later, like 10 or thereafter, that is ideal. But if not then I can try to move my other call that is at 9.

Thanks, Hunter. So I think our ordinary arrangement for a matter like this would be an up-front engagement fee along the lines you’ve described below, plus billing our hourly rates. Is that what you had in mind? Or were you thinking more like a $100k flat fee for all of the work?

Let’s also discuss the Casino matter. I assume they are ok paying our standard rates? We’d also need to do an engagement fee with them.

Ok- I think Burisma is prepared for an engagement fee in the 100K range as their initial needs would most likely be limited to Crisis/ Gov't team.

I would think both. I’m not sure what the standard is. But we’ll need to settle on an amount for the engagement letter (we specify the engagement fee and billing structure in each letter).

I can also reach out to Brille and see if he has guidance.

You feel confident they can pay our legal fees? I assume that the development company is helping, but just want to double check.
