Hey Ed -

I was
working all day yesterday, but got something together this morning about what I am looking for career wise. I am open, too, to any other
positions that may be a fit for my skills. The bulk of my experience is
in Human Resources/Personnel and I have done just about every job there
is to do in that field....

I am looking for a position in analytics, related to
organizational & employee performance (i.e. analysis and determination
for plans for improvement throughout an organization). I would also
be interested in a position as a Human Resources' manager/supervisor;
my experience includes recruitment, pre-employment screening, employee benefits, and
payroll/compensation. Also, I also have a lot of experience managing employee
leaves of all types (Disability, Duty Disability, Maternity/Paternity, FMLA,
etc.).
