I hope you are well.

I am writing to follow-up on some earlier conversations to see if it is possible for you to visit Cleveland in the near future to meet with Kelly Tompkins who, among many other responsibilities (including Environmental Affairs and Government Relations) is President of Cliffs China.

As you may recall, in addition to the work we are doing with you in connection with the EPA, we are interested in understanding the capabilities of you and your firm in relation to opportunities in China.

Kelly is actually going to China next week and meeting options in December are limited in part due to the holidays-and Kelly's busy schedule-so I am hoping that Tuesday, December 11, would work for you. I would propose a meeting from 10-12 and then a lunch together. This would allow you to fly up from and back to D.C. on the same day.
