Gentleman, I thought you might appreciate the following updates from BlackRidge. First, regarding DOD, Bob Graham spoke with my fellow Board Member Bob Lentz this weekend who confirmed that DISA/Army funding continues to be on track per our expectations for this FY. As you know we will test the 100gig gateway with them in June and all is ready in this regard. Secondly, we have added two new members to our Advisory Board. Very importantly, Marshall Lux (NYC based), currently PE Head at Boston Consulting Group and former CRO for Jamie Diamond at JPM has agreed to join the team. In addition to being a thought leader in risk management, he brings an incredible list of senior relationships (Amex, Blackstone etc.) into which he is willing to introduce BlackRidge. We are quite excited to bring Marshall together with Bob Lentz with the expectation BlackRidge may provide similar thought leadership across cyber risk management. We have also brought Greg Fell onto the Advisory Team. Located in Westport, CT, Greg was a former CIO at Ford and Terex and is well networked within the CIO community. In fact this February he hosted a forum which included 250 CIO's. Greg brings us terrific current insight into the "data center" from a product development/management perspective along with excellent contacts. He is part of an Angel consortium investing into BlackRidge while also investing independently himself. I don't know if we have mentioned David Hendrickson on our Advisory Board, who first introduced us to Marshall. David is a former IBMer and highly regarded "C" level tech recruiter at Heidrick. He is working closely with us as we build out the commercial side of BlackRidge, as well as participating in business development---needless to say his rolodex is extensive. Lastly, Marc introduced us to former UBS Chair Joe Grano last week in New York. The meeting went very well and we are currently exploring several possible avenues of working together with Centurion Holdings per Joe. As you may be aware, for 2014 the SEC Office of Compliance and Examination has notified 50 BD/RIA's of their focus on cyber---the community has absolutely no idea how to respond. Centurion will be playing a role and BlackRidge can be a critical component of the Fin Svc community response to SEC concerns which will only grow. Of course NASDAQ offers BlackRidge a tremendous platform from which to highlight capability, as well as the aforementioned thought leadership across cyber risk discussed above. We are awaiting word from you regarding next steps specific to an onsite visit with the engineering team in Santa Clara as we would like to insure all of the team can be present. Please let me know if there is any additional information we may provide in the interim. Kind Regards, Scott F. Scott Tuck 203-858-0537 (cell) stuck@blackridge.us
