Its been a little while since we have been in touch. I wanted to follow up on my last email about medical status and your fingerprints to accompany your NASIS information.

Fingerprints- I have fingerprint cards and 3 pages that require your signature. I can come by on Monday afternoon or Thursday (anytime) next week to take care of these items. Let me know what works best for you.

Medical- As I stated before, you may complete your physical at Bethesda by calling 301 295 5411 (option 1) or 301 295 3472 (option 1) to schedule an appointment. You will be required to make a follow up appointment to receive your lab results and complete the physical. You may also go through a private provider as discussed in my previous email.

Please let me know when you would like to do the fingerprints and your status with scheduling a physical. Next Friday is my last day at Naval Recruiting Command, as I am moving to Monterey, CA to attend Naval Postgraduate School. LT Tripiano (cc'd) will continue to process you until you are commissioned. He is well aware of your current status, please reply all to this email so that he is in the loop.
