Dear Hunter,

We are thrilled to celebrate 2014 American Diabetes Association’s Father of the Year Honoree, Craig M. Spitzer, and his extraordinary commitment to fatherhood, leadership and community service. We will be honoring him May 29th in Philadelphia for his dedication to our mission to find a cure and help all with diabetes.

If you cannot attend the Father of the Year Awards dinner, you can still make a contribution on his behalf by placing an ad in the Awards Tribute Journal. You can also make a general donation of $100 (or more) on Craig's behalf and be listed in the journal as well. We have extended the deadline and all artwork must be received by next Wednesday, May 14th.
