Ken-

I hope you are well. I wanted to give you a heads up that Kevin Downs, who is the son of a friend of mine, applied for two internships at NDI. One is focused on Central and Eastern Europe and the other is focused on the Middle East and North Africa. I have met Kevin a couple of times and think he would be a good fit for both positions. He recently got his M.A. in International Affairs and has been looking for some opportunities here in DC.
