Dear Hunter & Joan,

As you are aware, I am presently working with Rachel to schedule our next
board meeting. However, Rachel would also like to talk with each member of
the board this next week in advance of that meeting. Might you be able to
find 15 or 20 minutes in your undoubtedly hectic schedule to have a quick
chat?

I know it's 6pm on the Friday before a long weekend, so I'll follow up with
you guys on Tuesday -- but I just wanted to make sure you knew our
intentions, in the off chance you catch this beforehand.
