This is the second of two email related to leveraging the political and cultivation work from Charlotte as we roll into the PIC and the Second Term. The below list is of the VIP’s we had the first night in the VPOTUS Suite – for the FLOTUS speech. You may recall we worked closely with the political team, donor team, your team Beau and the White House team to identify and coordinate a lists of guests that includes family, friends, supporters, labor leaders, local state and federal officials and members of DNC Finance Committee to visit the suite at designated time slots. These folks got to spend interesting and meaningful time in the suite with your Dad and the team. They were all excited to be there and many are likely still feeling tingly from the experience. Providing some ongoing attention to these folks as we prepare for the PIC and the second term would help carry and build the momentum from our work in the fall.
