> Eric (cc Hunter, Devon and Seb) – Here is some background on the guy I told you about earlier this week, Jeff Kleuter. I think RS should get to know him because you or your clients are likely to need his expertise in the future. He is located in DC so could come by your office. I used him for something highly sensitive over the past year and recently brought him into our office to meet with a big group of us, since we are often in need of expert, sophisticated researcher/project manager types to help solve big problems and so we try to have our favorites on speed dial. He works for very sophisticated players in the US and internationally, and is capable of seeing what needs to happen to get the job done, and help manage that process (which sometimes goes beyond just the description below), so is in a unique category of researcher/problem solver in my mind.
>
> Specifically, he has his hands deep into Mexico and the oil/gas market there so I thought of Burisma when I met with him.
